Standard Payment and Cancellation Policy
for hotel accommodation and Rent-a-car services for FIT
1. Payment can be done by Visa and Mastercard. Electonic cards like Visa Electron or A.T.M are not accepted. 2. Upon confirmation of services your credit card will be automatically charged with the full amount (100%) of the provided services, unless otherwise agreed. 3. You will receive a voucher for the prepaid services you have booked and paid for. 4. Services can be cancelled without penalties up to 3 full working days (Monday to Friday) prior to expected start of services, except for EUR 20 administration fees. 5. Cancellations made within 3 working days of check-in or no show are subject to a penalty equal to 1 nights stay fee.
Special Payment and Cancellation Policy
for hotel accommodation for FIT During High Season and Christmas/New Year:
1.Payment can be done by Visa and Mastercard. Electonic cards like Visa Electron or A.T.M are not accepted. 2. Upon confirmation of services your credit card will be automatically charged with the full amount (100%) of the provided services, unless otherwise agreed. 3. You will receive a voucher for the prepaid services you have booked and paid for. 4. Services can be cancelled:
Till 15 days prior to arrival - no penalties, except for EUR 20 administration fees.
14-7 days prior to arrival - cancellation penalty will be charged in the amount of the first overnight.
7 -3 days - prior to arrival - cancellation penalty of 50% of the full amount will be charged.
Less than 3 days prior to arrival or no show - cancellation penalty of 100% of the amount of the provided services, incl. the advance deposit and the balance due, will be charged.

During Fairs and Exhibition
1.Payment can be done by Visa and Mastercard. Electonic cards like Visa Electron or A.T.M are not accepted. 2. Upon confirmation of services your credit card will be automatically charged with the full amount (100%) of the provided services, unless otherwise agreed. 3. You will receive a voucher for the prepaid services you have booked and paid for. 4. During Fairs and Exhibitions we require FULL PRE-PAYMENT upon confirmation of services with NO REFUND FOR ANY REASON after the charge.

29-15 days prior to arrival - cancellation penalty of 50% of the full amount will be charged.
14 -7 days - prior to arrival - cancellation penalty will be charged in the amount of 70% from the full amount.
Less than 7 days prior to arrival or no show - cancellation penalty of 100% of the amount of the provided services, incl. the advance deposit and the balance due, will be charged.
